Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 31 Requesting the United States                           
Congress to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, be                 
placed at the bottom of todays calendar.  Without objection, it was            
so ordered.
